What soft play packages do you offer, and who are they for?
We offer two thoughtfully designed soft play packages, perfect for children up to and including 4 years old:

Large Tot Spot – Suitable for up to 8 children

Little Tot Spot – Ideal for up to 6 children
Each package includes clean, safe, and age‑appropriate equipment, all professionally delivered and set up. Equipment must always be used under adult supervision and in accordance with our safety guidelines.
How can I book, and what are the payment terms?
You can book via our website, social media, or by email. Bookings are only confirmed once we receive a £50 non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event

If payment is late, we may cancel your booking and retain the deposit
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you are over 18 and agree to be bound by our full Terms & Conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel for any reason:

The deposit is retained

If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance remains due
We also reserve the right to cancel if terms are breached or if weather conditions make setup unsafe. We recommend having a backup indoor space ready for outdoor hires.
How does delivery and setup work, and are there any requirements?
We’ll deliver, set up, and collect the equipment at your agreed location and time. However, please ensure:

The space is flat, clear, and level (Large Tot Spot: 3450mm x 2300mm; Little Tot Spot: 2300mm x 1150mm)

There’s no obstruction and clear access—we don’t carry equipment upstairs unless agreed
If setup can’t be completed due to access or space issues, your deposit will be forfeited. Please also ensure adult supervision throughout the event, as all hires are dry hire only.
Can I hire the equipment for outdoor use, and what if it rains?
Yes—outdoor hire is possible but must be pre-agreed at the time of booking. Equipment can only be set up outdoors in dry, calm weather, and must be on a flat, safe surface. We cannot set up in heavy rain, high winds, or unsuitable ground conditions.
If weather changes during your event:

Children must be removed from the equipment immediately

Equipment must be covered and protected until we collect it
If weather prevents safe setup on the day, we may cancel or reschedule your hire. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations, so we strongly advise having a suitable indoor backup location ready.
What are your rules around equipment care, cleanliness, and damage?
We deliver all equipment clean and sanitised. To avoid cleaning or damage charges:

Keep food, drinks, glitter, face paint, slime, pets, and sharp objects away from the play area

Ensure children wear socks/tights, and remove shoes, jewellery, and glasses

Do not allow rough play or overcrowding
If the equipment is returned excessively dirty, a £30/hour cleaning fee applies. Irreparable damage or loss will result in replacement charges, and you're responsible for the equipment from delivery to collection.
